Terms and Conditions

1.  Tommy's Silver  will allow a full refund of any jewelry that is purchased for the buyer or his (her) immediate family if returned within 15 bussiness days in new condition in original packaging. 

2.  If the Item(s) was purchaed as a gift for someone other than immediate family and returned within 15 business days in new condition, then Tommy's Silver will issue a full credit on the bearer's account to be used against future purchases.

3.  Items returned which were purchased by credit card will be refunded on the same card used at time of purchase, after deducting any service charges retained by the processor (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover)

4.  Items returned which were paid by check will be refunded by check after 10 business days.

5.  Items returned which were paid by cash will be refunded by check within 5 days.

6.  No returns on jewelry which has been altered (sized, engraved, etc) jewelry purchased at a special event or sales

7. All returns buyer must pay shipping.
